I had an excellent experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. I had an appointment for a filling, and I was a bit nervous, but Dr. Norman was incredibly reassuring. He explained the procedure in detail and took the time to check in with me during the process to ensure I was comfortable. The office is equipped with the latest technology, which I found impressive. I also liked that they offer flexible hours, which makes it easier to schedule appointments around work. The only thing I would suggest is that they could improve on their communication about wait times; I waited a bit longer than expected before being called in, but once I was in, the service was fantastic!
