I had a very positive experience visiting Dr. Bertha! The office staff was friendly and efficient, making it easy to get registered. Dr. Bertha was attentive and really took the time to ensure all my health questions were answered. The only thing I would suggest is a slightly shorter wait time, as I had to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time. Otherwise, I left feeling very pleased with the care I received and would definitely recommend her to friends and family looking for a family doctor.
