From day one, my experience with this credit union has been quite positive. I walked in to inquire about their savings accounts and was greeted by a warm, welcoming staff that made me feel right at home. One feature I love is their mobile app, which provides easy access to my accounts and helps me keep track of my spending. The only thing I found slightly inconvenient was the limited availability on weekends; I wish they could stay open a bit longer on Saturdays. However, their Friday hours help a bit. I've been banking here for a few years now, and my overall experience has been quite positive. The staff members are consistently professional and willing to help with any questions I have. I recently refinanced my auto loan with them and the process was smooth and straightforward. The interest rates are very competitive, which is a huge plus! The only downside is that the hours could be more accommodating; I often find it challenging to make it there during the weekdays due to my work schedule. It would be great if they could extend their weekend hours. However, I do appreciate that they are open late on Fridays. I feel confident knowing that my finances are in good hands here.
