I’ve been with this credit union for over a year and have had a positive experience overall. The customer service is excellent; they always make me feel welcome when I visit the branch. I appreciate their financial literacy programs, which have helped me understand budgeting and saving much better. I did have a minor issue with my debit card being temporarily blocked, but the staff resolved it quickly. It was a slight inconvenience, but I was impressed by their promptness in handling the situation. I feel secure having my accounts here, and I love how they genuinely care about their members.
