I’ve had a pretty positive experience at this clinic overall. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable, which is so important when you’re there for a check-up or treatment. My appointments have always been on time, which I really appreciate since I have a busy schedule. I also liked how the clinic was well-kept and had a calm atmosphere. However, I did encounter a slight issue with the online appointment system; it was a bit tricky to navigate. I ended up calling to confirm my appointment, and while the staff was helpful, I think they could improve the user-friendliness of that system. Still, my visits have mostly been great, and I would recommend this place for anyone needing internal medicine care.

I was impressed by how organized everything felt; my paperwork was easy to fill out, and the wait time was minimal. What really made my visit special was my doctor. They took the time to understand my health history and provided valuable insights that I hadn’t received anywhere else. I felt heard and respected throughout the consultation. The only downside was that the appointment ran a bit longer than I anticipated, which made me late for another commitment. Perhaps they could streamline the scheduling process a bit more in the future. Still, I would definitely return and recommend this place to friends and family.
