After moving in about a month ago, I can confidently say I've found my perfect home! The staff here is phenomenal; they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure my transition was as smooth as possible. I was a bit concerned about the parking situation before moving in, but so far, I've found it manageable. I especially love the pet-friendly policy, as I have a small dog who enjoys the nearby parks. The fitness center has all the equipment I need, and I often find myself going there to relieve stress. The only thing I would love to see improved is the Wi-Fi speed in common areas; it can be a little slow during peak times. Nonetheless, the vibrant community and friendly atmosphere really make up for these minor hiccups. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming environment with great amenities!

I can't say enough good things about my experience here so far! The leasing team was incredibly accommodating, and they walked me through every step of the rental process, which was a huge relief. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool area that has been my go-to spot during the summer. I also appreciate the lush green spaces around the property, making it a pleasant place to take a walk. While I love everything about my apartment, the only downside I've encountered is the limited weekend hours for the leasing office, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have questions or need assistance. I've been living here for about six months now, and I have to say, I'm pretty satisfied. The layout of my apartment is spacious and functional, allowing me to host friends without feeling cramped. The community events they host are a great way to meet neighbors, and I appreciate that they put effort into creating a sense of community. The location is convenient, just a short walk from public transportation and a variety of restaurants. One thing I think could be improved is the sound insulation; I’ve noticed that noise from the hallway can sometimes be disruptive, especially during weekends. However, the maintenance staff is always quick to respond to any requests, which has made my living experience much smoother.
