I visited this mobile store last week and had a pretty good experience overall. Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed, and the staff seemed eager to assist. I was looking for a new phone and was impressed by their selection, especially the variety of budget-friendly options. The representative who helped me was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions about the different plans and devices. I ended up purchasing a phone that I love, and the transition from my old service provider was seamless. However, the store was a bit crowded during my visit, which made it a little difficult to move around comfortably. Additionally, while the staff were attentive, I felt like a couple of customers in front of me had to wait longer than necessary to be seen. Still, I think the pros greatly outweigh the cons, and I would recommend checking this place out if you're in the market for a new phone or plan. I’ll definitely be back for future upgrades!

I had a really positive experience here while upgrading my phone. The staff was attentive and helped me pick out a model that suits my needs perfectly. The only drawback was the waiting time; there was a line when I arrived, so I had to wait about 20 minutes before getting assistance. However, once I was helped, it felt like my needs were their top priority. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. I’ll definitely be back!
