What a refreshing change! I went to this cell phone store on a whim after dealing with frustrating experiences at other places, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff here is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about their customers. I was helped by a representative who took the time to explain all the options available for my specific needs, and I felt no pressure to make a hasty decision. They really took the time to help me understand the differences between various plans and devices. I ended up with a phone and plan that were perfect for me! One aspect that could improve is their wait times; although the employees were helpful, there were a few customers ahead of me which meant I had to wait a bit longer than expected. Still, the quality of service was worth the wait! I’m so glad I found this place.
