I had a really positive experience at this store last week! I was looking to upgrade my phone and the associate was incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and plans. They walked me through the features and even helped me transfer data from my old phone to the new one. I appreciate their patience, as I had a lot of questions! The only thing I noticed was that the display area could use a little more space for customers to move around, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience.
