I have been renting a property managed by this company for over a year now, and I have to say, I am very pleased! The property itself is well-maintained, and any issues that arise are addressed promptly. I particularly love the community events they host; it’s a great way to meet neighbors and feel connected. However, I would appreciate if they could improve their online portal for rent payment. Sometimes, it feels a bit clunky and could use a more user-friendly interface. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them to friends.
