I had a fantastic experience at this used car dealer! The staff was knowledgeable without being pushy, which I really appreciated as a first-time car buyer. I visited on a Saturday, and despite the place being a bit busy, I was attended to promptly. I found a great SUV that met all my requirements. They even allowed me to take it for a long test drive, which was a huge plus! The pricing was fair, and I felt really comfortable throughout the negotiation process. My only suggestion would be to have more detailed vehicle history reports readily available for each car; while they did provide them, I think having them displayed physically would save some time. Still, I walked away with a fantastic vehicle and a smile on my face. Would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family!
