As a new patient, I was slightly apprehensive about my first visit, but I was pleasantly surprised! The office has a warm and inviting atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable while I waited. Dr. App took the time to discuss my health history in detail and made sure all my questions were answered, which I found incredibly reassuring. He has a great ability to explain complex medical information in a way that is easy to understand. I did notice that the office could improve on its appointment scheduling; I had to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time. However, I could see that the doctor was taking his time with each patient, which is a good sign of care and thoroughness. I recently visited this doctor and was really impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was friendly and made the process really smooth.
