I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Raklewicz! After a bad fall, I was facing surgery for a fractured ankle, and I was understandably nervous. From my very first visit, he made me feel at ease with his calm demeanor and extensive knowledge. He explained my condition clearly and outlined the surgery process in a way that was easy to understand. The day of the surgery, I felt prepared and supported by not only Dr. Raklewicz but also the entire surgical team. Post-op, he was diligent about follow-up care, checking in on my recovery progress regularly. I really appreciated how he included my family in discussions about my care, making sure they understood the recovery journey too. The only minor concern was the front desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours, which caused a slight delay in my follow-up appointments.
