I had a really great experience at this ENT office. The environment was clean and modern, which made me feel more at ease. Dr. Bergstein was knowledgeable and attentive; he quickly diagnosed my throat issue after a brief consultation. I appreciated how he encouraged me to ask questions and didn’t rush through our appointment. The nurse who assisted during my visit was also very kind and informative. One aspect I think could be improved is the waiting room setup. It felt a little cramped, especially when several patients were waiting at once. Although I had to wait about 20 minutes, the overall quality of care I received made it worthwhile. I'm already feeling better and am grateful for the effective treatment I received. I would definitely return if I need further care in the future.
