I can't say enough good things about my recent experience here! As someone who had no clue about flooring, I was really nervous about making the right choice. However, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me. They walked me through different materials, styles, and price points without any pressure, which I really appreciated. I ended up choosing a lovely laminate that looks like real wood! The installation team was punctual and very respectful of my home. They even helped move some of my furniture, which was such a blessing. The only minor hiccup was that the store was a bit crowded on Saturday, and I had to wait a little longer than expected for assistance. But once I got help, it was smooth sailing.
