I had an excellent experience at this family practice! Dr. Jordan immediately put me at ease during my appointment. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and provided thoughtful answers to all my questions. I felt like I was genuinely being cared for, rather than just another patient on a list. The office is tidy and well-maintained, which also helped to ease my nerves. I’m especially appreciative of how the staff followed up with me after my visit to ensure I was feeling okay. My only suggestion would be to offer more flexible hours for those of us who work during typical business hours; even a few late evenings would be great! But overall, I’m really satisfied and will continue to recommend her practice to friends and family.

Dr. Jordan is a gem—she is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. My last visit was for a routine check-up, but she took the time to talk about my overall health goals, which I really appreciated. It felt like I was sitting down with a friend rather than a doctor. One thing I would love to see is more educational materials available in the waiting room; sometimes I have questions that I think could be answered with a brochure or pamphlet.
