What a relief to find such a reliable tech repair service! My tablet was acting up, and I didn't want to just toss it aside. The team here assessed it promptly and gave me a fair estimate. I brought my desktop in after it crashed unexpectedly, and I was greeted warmly by the staff. They listened carefully to my description of the problem and were very accommodating with my concerns. I was especially impressed by Alex, who worked on my machine; he was professional and had a great attitude. I received updates throughout the repair process, which I appreciated. My only suggestion would be for them to offer more seating in the waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Nevertheless, I’m thrilled with the service and will definitely return for any future tech needs!
