I recently had my first appointment, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease right away. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the front desk team. They were efficient in getting my paperwork done, which is always a relief. The office itself is modern and well-maintained, and I loved how the waiting room had a variety of magazines and a coffee machine. My hygienist, Sarah, was so gentle and thorough during my cleaning. She even gave me some helpful tips for better oral hygiene! Dr. Chang was very personable and took his time answering all my questions. The only minor issue was that I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time, which can be a little frustrating. However, I could tell they were accommodating patients with special needs. Absolutely love this dental office! I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and every visit has been exceptional. The staff is genuinely friendly and remembers personal details, which makes you feel like more than just a patient. Dr. Lee is fantastic; he’s always patient and explains procedures in a way that makes sense. I had a filling done recently, and the whole process was quick and painless. I also like that they offer flexible appointment times, which is great for my busy schedule. The only wish I have is for them to maybe introduce more weekend hours, but that’s just me being picky! Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a gem in the neighborhood!
