This place is a must-visit for anyone in the area! I stopped by on a whim after hearing about it from friends, and I was really impressed. The staff were super friendly and took the time to explain the different cuts and cooking methods, which I found really helpful. I bought some homemade sausage and a couple of pork chops, and I was blown away by the freshness. The sausage was packed with flavor and made for a fantastic breakfast. The only thing I would suggest is that they could expand their hours a bit to allow for more visits. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for quality meats and knowledgeable staff!

I can't say enough good things about this butcher shop! As someone who loves to cook and experiment with different cuts of meat, I was thrilled to find this gem. The first thing that struck me was how welcoming the staff were. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and were eager to help. I mentioned I was looking for a special cut for a dinner party, and they went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. The selection of meats is incredible! I ended up purchasing a beautifully marbled ribeye that was absolutely to die for. It grilled up perfectly, and my guests couldn't stop raving about how tender and flavorful it was. I had a great experience here! As a novice at grilling, I was a bit intimidated walking in, but the staff made me feel at ease. They offered me a variety of options for steaks and helped me choose a sirloin that was on special that day. I grilled it that evening, and it turned out perfectly, juicy, and full of flavor. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is that I noticed a slight wait during peak hours, but I think that just goes to show how popular they are! I’ll definitely be returning to try out their smoked meats next time.

I’ve been coming to this butcher shop for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite local spots! Their selection is fantastic – from beef to poultry, they have a wide variety of high-quality meats. I particularly love their marinated chicken; it’s perfect for a quick dinner on busy weeknights. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, offering cooking tips if you ask. One little area for improvement would be their online ordering system – it could use some updates to make it more user-friendly. Despite that, the in-store experience is always pleasant, and I leave with exactly what I need. If you appreciate quality meats and a friendly atmosphere, definitely check this place out!
