I opened my account at this bank not too long ago, and I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the service was. The representatives are genuinely eager to help, which makes a huge difference when you’re new to banking. I was in and out fairly quickly, and they took the time to explain the features of my account, including the mobile app. I’ve found the app to be really convenient for transferring money and checking balances. The only downside I’ve noticed is that sometimes the wait times can be a bit longer during busy hours. However, the staff do their best to keep things moving.
