I can't say enough good things about my experience at my local credit union! The customer service is top-notch. I walked in to inquire about a loan, and the staff were not only friendly but also very informative. They helped me understand the different types of loans available and even suggested options based on my financial goals. I appreciated that they took the time to go over everything with me. One thing I noticed, however, is that their parking situation can be a bit tight during busy hours, but that’s a minor inconvenience considering the excellent service I received.
