Picking up this paper every Monday has become a part of my routine! I enjoy the accessible articles that tackle both serious and lighthearted topics, making my mornings a little brighter. The feature on local artists last week was inspiring and really showcased the talent we have in town. It’s also refreshing to see more personal stories that connect the community, as it feels like reading about neighbors rather than just headlines. I do wish they would expand their weekend coverage, though. Perhaps a special Saturday edition could include more cultural events or community highlights happening over the weekend? As a longtime reader, I must say that the local news coverage has improved significantly over the past few months. I used to rely on this local paper for updates, and I still appreciate its role in the community. I admire how they cover city council meetings and local events with such detail. It’s clear they care about the community because they often highlight the voices that are overlooked. However, I feel like the sports section could use a bit more coverage, especially for high school teams. It was a thrill to see my daughter’s volleyball team highlighted a few weeks back, but I wish that kind of coverage happened more often. Overall, though, I’m happy to support a publication that keeps us informed about our locality and champions community involvement. Definitely worth a read every week!
