I had the best experience at this auto repair shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and felt right at home. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns about my car and were incredibly patient, answering all my questions without any rush. Tim, in particular, was amazing! He diagnosed a persistent issue that had baffled other mechanics, all while charging a fraction of what I expected. I appreciated that he explained the repairs in layman’s terms, making me feel informed about the whole process. They also offered a comfortable waiting area with free coffee and Wi-Fi, which made my visit much more pleasant. My car runs like new now, and I couldn’t be happier! The only small thing I would suggest is maybe having a few more seating options in the waiting area, as it got a bit crowded while I was there. I can't say enough good things about my experience here! Recently, my car was making some strange noises, and I was worried it might be serious. I came in, and Tim took care of me right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a simple issue with my exhaust system and explained everything very clearly, which I really appreciated. The transparency about pricing was refreshing, and I felt I could trust their judgment completely. The waiting area is nice, and I enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee while I waited for my car. It’s also wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. My only suggestion would be to offer a few snacks for those who might be waiting a bit longer.
