As someone who has been a member for quite a while, I have to say that this credit union has its ups and downs. The loan process was quite smooth, and the representatives were very attentive to my needs. They helped me secure a personal loan at a great rate, which was a huge relief. What I really appreciate is how they focus on fostering community and helping local businesses. However, I do wish their weekend hours were better. It would be nice to have at least a few hours on Saturday. Overall, I think they genuinely care about their members and strive to provide good service.

I’ve been banking at this credit union for over a year, and it’s been a positive experience overall. The loan officers are incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process when I was looking to refinance my home. They were patient, answering all my questions and making sure I understood every aspect of the deal, which made the entire process much less daunting. I also appreciate their commitment to financial education; they offer workshops that really help members make informed decisions. Another plus is their online platform, which is very intuitive and allows me to easily transfer funds and check my balance anytime. My only suggestion would be to improve communication when it comes to wait times; there have been instances where I’ve had to wait longer than expected during busy hours. However, the staff’s friendliness and willingness to assist more than make up for it. I feel secure knowing my finances are in good hands here, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable banking solutions!
