Overall, I had a positive experience. The team was prompt and efficient when picking up my old mattress. They explained the process clearly and were very respectful of my home. One thing I'd recommend is that they provide some type of confirmation before arrival to ease worries about timing. But all in all, I would use their service again for sure!
