I had to call Mike’s Auto & Towing last month after my car wouldn't start. Thankfully, I was near my home, so I felt a bit more at ease. The service was prompt, and the driver was very polite, explaining everything as he worked. My only complaint is that he arrived a bit later than I expected but still within the timeframe they quoted. The prices were fair, and they handled my car with care. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would consider using them again if needed.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mike’s Auto & Towing. I was on my way to a family event when my car suddenly broke down. It was a stressful situation, especially being on a tight schedule. I called Mike’s, and to my surprise, they arrived within 30 minutes. The driver was incredibly friendly and professional. He assessed the situation quickly, and we found out it was a simple issue with my battery. Instead of towing me, he offered to jump-start my car right there! He had the necessary equipment and walked me through what he was doing, which put my mind at ease. After the jump-start, he even gave me some tips for keeping my battery healthy, which I found genuinely helpful. I was back on the road in no time! The pricing was very reasonable, and I appreciated the transparency throughout the process. The only small downside was that I wish they operated on weekends, as it would be helpful for those of us who often travel then. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs roadside assistance or towing service. I had an incredible experience with Mike’s Auto & Towing! I was stuck at a gas station late at night, and I felt really vulnerable. I called them, and they assured me they would get there as quickly as possible. The driver showed up in about 30 minutes, which felt like the longest wait ever, but they kept me updated with an estimated arrival time. The driver was super friendly and made me feel safe. He quickly loaded up my car and had a cheerful demeanor that helped ease my nerves. I was grateful for the efficient service, and they even offered me a ride home, which was a nice touch. My only feedback is that I would love to see a quicker response time during peak hours, as they mentioned they were pretty busy that night. But overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely use their services again!
