I had a rather complicated issue with my vehicle and was referred to this auto repair shop by a friend. From the get-go, I was impressed with their attention to detail. The mechanics took the time to explain the problem in a way I could understand, which is so important for someone not familiar with cars. They kept me updated throughout the repair process and finished on time. I felt that they genuinely wanted what was best for my vehicle. The only area for improvement would be their hours; I wish they were open on weekends, as it would be more convenient for people like me who work a regular 9 to 5. What a fantastic experience! I had a minor issue with my brakes and decided to check this place out based on the great reviews. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided me with options for repair. I appreciated their transparency about costs, which helped me feel at ease. They even offered to give me a ride home while they worked on my car! My only suggestion would be to have a larger waiting area because it can get a bit crowded, but other than that, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend!
