Wow, what a great experience! I brought my powerboat in after a mishap with the engine, and the team here really impressed me. They diagnosed the issue promptly and provided a detailed estimate that was straightforward and honest. I loved how they kept me updated throughout the repair process, and I felt a sense of trust knowing my boat was in good hands. Plus, the turnaround time was faster than I expected! The only thing I would suggest is to perhaps have more seating in the waiting area for customers, as it can get a bit crowded. I had my boat serviced here last month, and overall, it was a good experience. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions with patience. They did a solid job on the repairs, and my boat feels as good as new. However, I did notice a couple of minor things that I felt could’ve been cleaned up better after the service. A little more attention to detail would elevate their already excellent service. Still, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy boat repair.
