I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at this holistic physical therapy and wellness center! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt a sense of calm and comfort. The staff greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my specific needs. My therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and tailored each session to focus on my individual goals. I particularly loved the combination of yoga therapy and traditional physical therapy techniques. It really helped alleviate my chronic back pain that I thought I’d have to live with forever. The only tiny suggestion I would have is to perhaps offer a loyalty program for returning clients; it would definitely encourage me to come back more often! What a fantastic experience! I attended a yoga therapy class here and felt so rejuvenated afterward. The instructor was attentive and made sure everyone was comfortable. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the class sizes can get a bit large, making it hard to get individual feedback. But overall, I can't wait to go back!
