I had such a wonderful experience at this hearing aid center! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and understood. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and questions about my hearing loss. The audiologist was very knowledgeable and patient, walking me through the different options that would suit my lifestyle best. I ended up choosing a pair of behind-the-ear models that are not only effective but also comfortable! The follow-up appointments were also great, as they continually checked my progress and made adjustments as needed. My only minor feedback would be that I wish they had Saturday hours because it’s challenging to get there during the week, but overall, I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking help with their hearing. Truly a lifesaver for me!
