I recently visited Dr. Shiffman for a check-up, and I must say, he is a phenomenal doctor! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by the staff. They were very professional yet personable, making me feel at ease. Dr. Shiffman took his time to explain the procedures I was due for and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s clear he is genuinely concerned about his patients’ well-being. The waiting area was tidy and well-organized, which I appreciated. The only small downside was that my appointment ran about 15 minutes late, but I understand that can happen in a busy practice. All in all, I left feeling reassured and informed about my health. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a gastroenterologist!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Shiffman. After having some troubling stomach issues, I was referred to him by a friend, and I’m so glad! The moment I entered the office, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff was friendly, and I barely had to wait to see the doctor, which is always a plus. Dr. Shiffman was incredibly thorough. He listened to my concerns with genuine interest, and he conducted a thorough examination. I appreciated how he explained everything in layman's terms, making it easy for me to understand my condition. The follow-up was just as impressive; he called to check on my progress, which showed me he truly cares. If I had to find something to critique, it would be the parking situation, which can get a bit tight during peak hours. But honestly, the quality of care I received far outweighs that minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing specialized care!

Visiting Dr. Shiffman was a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and important. The doctor spent a good amount of time discussing my health issues and was very thorough in his examination. I left feeling like I truly understood my condition and the next steps I should take. He is very knowledgeable and clearly cares about his patients. The only drawback was the limited parking available, which can be a bit of a hassle during busy hours. However, the quality of care I received far outweighed that inconvenience. I’m so grateful I found him and would absolutely recommend his services to anyone in need of specialized care!

I had a really good experience with Dr. Shiffman! He was attentive and made sure to answer all my questions, which eased my anxiety about my situation. The staff was also very nice, which was a plus. However, I think it would benefit them to have clearer signage for the waiting area. I initially wandered around trying to find the right spot. That said, I felt my health concerns were taken seriously, and I appreciated the thoroughness of the examination. I would definitely return for future visits!
