I had to bring my car in for some repairs after an unfortunate incident in a parking lot. The staff was friendly and made me feel at ease right away. I can't say enough good things about my experience at this auto body shop! After a nasty hailstorm left my car pockmarked, I was feeling pretty down about it. The staff was incredibly understanding and walked me through every step of the repair process, which really made me feel valued as a customer. They took the time to explain various options and kept me updated throughout the repairs. When I picked up my car, I was genuinely amazed at how well they had restored it—no more dents, and the paint job was flawless. I especially appreciated that they detailed the inside of my car too! That extra touch really showed how much they care. The only area for improvement might be their response time to initial inquiries; it took a little while to get a callback. However, the quality of service overall was outstanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto body repairs.

I brought my vehicle in for some bodywork after a minor accident, and I was seriously impressed! The professionalism of the staff was evident from the start, and they took the time to listen to my concerns. They even helped me with some insurance questions I didn’t know how to navigate. The repair work was stellar, and I appreciated that they used high-quality materials. My car returned to me looking stunning. However, the waiting area was a bit small for the number of customers they had that day, which made it feel a bit cramped. It would be awesome if they could consider expanding that space. Overall, I was more than satisfied and will definitely return if I ever need more work done. This place truly stands out for its customer service and quality of repairs!
