What a delightful surprise! My friend and I decided to try this spot after hearing great things, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with colorful decor that truly reflected Jamaican culture. I ordered the oxtail stew, which was rich and flavorful, falling off the bone and served with fluffy rice and peas. My friend had the curry goat, which was just as impressive, full of tender meat and aromatic spices. The only downside was that it took a bit longer for our food to arrive than we expected, but the staff was apologetic and kept us informed. We finished off our meal with some coconut cake, which was heavenly! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine. Just be sure to bring your patience if it’s busy!

This restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite dining spots! I visited with my family last weekend, and we were all blown away by the authenticity of the food. We started with the jerk shrimp appetizer, which was beautifully charred and packed with flavor. For the main course, I went with the brown stew chicken, and it was incredible—tender chicken coated in a savory sauce that was so rich and full of depth. My husband absolutely adored the beef patties; he couldn't stop raving about them! The atmosphere is vibrant, filled with friendly chatter and the delightful scent of spices wafting through the air. My only constructive feedback would be to improve the dessert menu, as we were a bit disappointed with the limited options. Still, we ended our meal with some sorrel drink, which was refreshing. Absolutely loved my experience here! I came in for lunch and was greeted with the most welcoming smiles. I ordered the ackee and saltfish, and it was a revelation! The flavors were spot on, taking me back to my grandmother's kitchen. The dish was beautifully presented, and the portions were generous—definitely worth the price. I also tried the festival, which paired perfectly with the savory dish. The only minor issue I had was that the place could use a bit more seating during busy hours, as it filled up quickly.
