What a delightful surprise! My friend and I decided to try this spot after hearing great things, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with colorful decor that truly reflected Jamaican culture. I ordered the oxtail stew, which was rich and flavorful, falling off the bone and served with fluffy rice and peas. My friend had the curry goat, which was just as impressive, full of tender meat and aromatic spices. The only downside was that it took a bit longer for our food to arrive than we expected, but the staff was apologetic and kept us informed. We finished off our meal with some coconut cake, which was heavenly! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine. Just be sure to bring your patience if it’s busy!

I had a great experience at this Jamaican restaurant! The food was delicious, and I particularly loved the jerk chicken—it had just the right kick. The service was friendly, though they seemed a bit overwhelmed during lunch hour, which led to a longer wait for our food. I do understand that good food takes time, and it was definitely worth the wait. If you're in the area, it's a solid choice for authentic flavors. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

I recently stumbled upon this gem while exploring the local food scene, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant decor and lively Jamaican music instantly transported me to the Caribbean. I ordered the jerk chicken, which was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice. The meat was tender and juicy, and the sides of rice and peas complemented it beautifully. I also loved the plantains—they were sweet and caramelized, adding a delightful touch to the meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my experience was enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to have a few more vegetarian options on the menu. Overall, this place is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Jamaican flavors. I can't wait to return and try more dishes!

This restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite dining spots! I visited with my family last weekend, and we were all blown away by the authenticity of the food. We started with the jerk shrimp appetizer, which was beautifully charred and packed with flavor. For the main course, I went with the brown stew chicken, and it was incredible—tender chicken coated in a savory sauce that was so rich and full of depth. My husband absolutely adored the beef patties; he couldn't stop raving about them! The atmosphere is vibrant, filled with friendly chatter and the delightful scent of spices wafting through the air. My only constructive feedback would be to improve the dessert menu, as we were a bit disappointed with the limited options. Still, we ended our meal with some sorrel drink, which was refreshing. Overall, this place is a treasure, and we will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely loved my experience here! I came in for lunch and was greeted with the most welcoming smiles. I ordered the ackee and saltfish, and it was a revelation! The flavors were spot on, taking me back to my grandmother's kitchen. The dish was beautifully presented, and the portions were generous—definitely worth the price. I also tried the festival, which paired perfectly with the savory dish. The only minor issue I had was that the place could use a bit more seating during busy hours, as it filled up quickly. However, the staff worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. I left feeling satisfied and eager to come back for dinner. If you're a fan of Caribbean food, you have to check this place out!
