I recently had a root canal and was so nervous about the whole process. However, the team at this place really put me at ease! The staff was incredibly friendly and explained everything they were doing, which made a huge difference. Dr. Smith was so gentle, I hardly felt a thing! The office was clean and had a calming atmosphere, which helped alleviate my anxiety. The only downside was that I had to wait a little longer than expected for my appointment, but once I was in the chair, everything moved smoothly. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the follow-up could have been a bit more proactive; I had to call to check in on recovery instructions.
