I had a great overall experience at this nail salon. The services were fantastic, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only reason I'm giving it a 4-star rating is that the waiting time for my appointment was longer than expected. However, once I was attended to, everything went smoothly, and I left with beautiful nails. A minor improvement in managing appointments could make it even better.
