My recent appointment was quite pleasant overall! The staff was warm and welcoming, and I felt comfortable discussing my health issues with Dr. Silverstein. He was attentive and offered practical advice that really helped me understand my condition better. I liked that he didn't rush through our appointment but took the time to go over everything. However, I did notice that the office could use some updates in terms of décor and organization. The waiting area seemed a bit cluttered, which could be off-putting for newcomers. Regardless, the quality of care I received outweighed that minor detail. I left feeling reassured and confident in my health plan. I’ll definitely be returning!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was super efficient in handling paperwork. Dr. Silverstein is not only knowledgeable but also has a wonderful bedside manner. He explained everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. I was particularly impressed with how he checked my family history and took a comprehensive approach to my health. The only area I think could improve is appointment availability; it seems to get busy, and I had to wait a few weeks for my visit. Nonetheless, the care I received was worth it! I highly recommend this place if you want compassionate and thorough care.

I visited this practice after a recommendation from a friend, and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Silverstein has a calm demeanor that makes you feel at ease right away. He was thorough during the examination and provided thoughtful recommendations tailored to my needs. The staff was also very helpful, and I appreciated the follow-up call to check on my progress. I did experience a bit of a wait time, which was a bit frustrating, but I understand that good doctors often have packed schedules. I think it’s a small price to pay for such quality care. I will definitely be returning for my follow-up!

I had my first visit here last week, and overall, it was a positive experience! Dr. Silverstein is very approachable and made me feel comfortable discussing my health concerns. He took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the wait time; I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I think it could help if they streamlined their scheduling a bit. However, once I was in, the care I received was excellent. I felt heard and valued, which is so important in a family practice. I’m looking forward to my next visit and am happy to have found a doctor I can trust.
