I recently visited this optometrist after my eye doctor retired, and I'm happy to say my experience was quite good! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The waiting area was clean and organized, which I appreciated—no one likes a cluttered space when you’re there for an appointment! Dr. Simmons, my optometrist, took the time to explain everything during the eye exam. He was patient with my questions and made sure I understood the results clearly. I was impressed with the range of frames they had available too. I found a stylish pair that I absolutely love! My only minor complaint would be that the appointment scheduling can get a bit hectic; I noticed a few people waiting longer than expected. It might help to streamline that process a bit, but overall, it didn’t detract from my positive experience. I left feeling well taken care of and with a fantastic new pair of glasses! I’ll definitely be returning for my next annual check-up and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new optometrist.
