I can't say enough good things about my recent visit! I was there for a full day of pampering, starting with a revitalizing facial and then transitioning into a haircut and styling session. The esthetician was knowledgeable and really tailored the facial to my skin type, using soothing Aveda products that left my skin glowing. Then, Sam took over for my hair and went above and beyond; she even suggested a new haircut that I wasn't sure about but turned out to be perfect for me! The entire staff works seamlessly together, creating a great environment that feels both professional and inviting. I did experience a bit of a mix-up with my appointment time, which caused a slight delay, but they handled it gracefully and offered me a complimentary treatment as an apology, which I thought was a great gesture. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a day of self-care. I will definitely be back soon, possibly for their special spa packages!

I had the most wonderful experience at the salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff who made me feel right at home. My stylist, Ava, was incredible! She took the time to listen to my hair concerns and helped me pick the perfect cut and color that would suit my face shape. The Aveda products they use are just divine; my hair has never felt softer or shinier. The atmosphere is relaxing, with calming music playing in the background and the scent of essential oils filling the air. I also appreciated that they offered a complimentary beverage while I waited. If I had to suggest an improvement, I’d say it would be nice to have a few more seating options in the waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, I’m thrilled with my new look and can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!

I had a lovely experience overall. The salon has a modern yet cozy vibe that sets it apart from others I've visited. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the decor. My stylist was very skilled and did a fantastic job on my haircut. I loved how she consulted me throughout the process, making sure I was happy with each step. The only thing I think could improve is the booking process. It took me a while to get through on the phone, and it would be great if they could implement an online booking system for convenience. But in the end, the service I received more than made up for the minor hassle. I am really happy with how my hair turned out and will definitely be returning for my next appointment!

I visited recently and was impressed with the level of professionalism. My stylist, Nora, was attentive and really took her time to ensure I got the best hair color match. I loved the result! The only minor downside was that the appointment started about 15 minutes later than scheduled, but once I was in the chair, the wait was worth it. The ambiance is lovely, making it a nice spot to unwind. I will definitely be coming back!
