I took my motorcycle in for some routine maintenance, and I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and they made sure to walk me through what needed to be done, which I appreciated as a relatively new rider. The only thing I would suggest is that they could improve their online booking system. It was a bit clunky and could use some updates. However, the personal service made up for any inconvenience.
