I can’t express how grateful I am for the care I received when I underwent surgery here! From the initial consultation to post-op follow-ups, the entire team was simply outstanding. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and made every effort to ensure I understood my treatment plan. The waiting area was comfortable and even offered refreshments, which was a nice touch. I felt well-informed every step of the way, which really eased my anxiety. However, I did find the parking situation to be a bit tricky at times, especially during peak hours. A larger parking lot or clearer signage would definitely help, but it’s a minor detail in an otherwise excellent experience. I had a good experience at this surgical center, especially with the friendly staff who made me feel at ease during my visit. The surgeon was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It was evident they prioritize patient comfort, which I truly appreciated. The only thing I would suggest is having a clearer communication about appointment times; I had a bit of confusion regarding my pre-op appointment. Nonetheless, my surgery went smoothly and I am very satisfied with the results. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
