I had a very positive experience at this oral surgery practice. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Dr. Patwardhan did an excellent job explaining my treatment plan and was patient with all my questions. The actual procedure went quicker than I thought, and recovery has been much easier than I anticipated. I did notice that the waiting area could use some more seating, as it got a bit crowded. However, the quality of care is top-notch, so it’s a small issue in the grand scheme of things. If you need an oral surgeon, I highly recommend giving them a call!

I had a complex extraction procedure done last week, and I can’t express how impressed I was with the entire experience! Dr. Patwardhan is not only skilled but also incredibly compassionate. She took the time to ensure I understood the whole process and addressed my concerns without rushing me. The entire staff was courteous and made the setting feel calm despite the nature of the visit. The surgery itself was quicker than I expected, and I appreciated the clear post-op instructions. I did have a little trouble with the billing process, which seemed a bit convoluted, but the staff was very apologetic and worked to resolve it quickly. Overall, I’m thrilled with the outcome and would definitely return for any future needs. I recommend this place without hesitation!

I had a great experience during my recent visit! The office staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Patwardhan was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining every step of my treatment plan clearly. I appreciated her attention to detail and how she answered all my questions. I had some concerns about post-op pain management, but she provided me with a thorough plan that worked perfectly. The only downside was that the office could have been a bit more modern in its décor. Overall, I would certainly recommend this place for anyone needing dental surgery.
