I recently had my first dental appointment at this practice, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and genuinely warm. Dr. Muldorf was extremely professional; he calmly assessed my situation and explained all possible treatment options. I had to get a filling, and honestly, it was over before I knew it! The whole procedure was painless, thanks to his careful technique. The only minor downside was that the appointment ran a bit longer than I anticipated, but Dr. Muldorf's thoroughness made it worth the wait. Also, the office is wheelchair accessible, which is great for those who may need it. Overall, I felt well cared for, and I'm grateful for their promptness and expertise. What a great experience! I was a bit nervous about my first visit, but I was pleasantly surprised. The dental hygienist was incredibly gentle and made sure to check in with me throughout the cleaning. Dr. Muldorf came in afterward to discuss my oral health and answered all my questions without rushing. I especially appreciated his straightforward approach—no upselling or unnecessary treatments. It's clear he prioritizes patient care above all else. The only suggestion I have is for the office to send out reminders for upcoming appointments, as I completely forgot mine initially! All in all, I’m thrilled to have found such a dedicated dental team. Looking forward to my next visit!
