I recently visited for an eye exam and was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism and care I received. The optometrist was extremely thorough and took the time to explain each step of the examination process. I appreciated the modern technology they used; it made my experience much more comfortable than past visits to other clinics. The staff was friendly, and they helped me choose a fantastic pair of glasses that I love. My only slight criticism would be that the waiting area could use a bit more seating during peak hours—it was a bit cramped when I arrived. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming environment. The receptionist was cheerful and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. The eye exam was very thorough; the doctor explained everything in detail, which I appreciated. I especially liked the selection of frames—they have something for everyone! My only concern is that they could improve on their follow-up appointment reminders; I nearly forgot my second visit. Nevertheless, I left feeling well taken care of and confident in my eye health.

I had a great experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time during my eye exam and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. The only thing I would say is that the parking lot was a bit crowded, but overall, very pleased!
