I recently had my car serviced at this auto repair shop, and I cannot rave enough about the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. I had some concerns about my brakes, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, which put me at ease. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, complete with free coffee and snacks, which made my wait much more pleasant. They even offered to give me a ride home while my car was being repaired! The technician worked diligently, and I appreciated how they kept me updated through the whole process. When it was time to pick up my car, not only was it ready as promised, but it was also washed and vacuumed, which was such a nice surprise. I can't praise this auto repair shop enough! I had a minor issue with my vehicle that turned into a much bigger headache, but the team here took it all in stride. They were super patient and explained the ins and outs of what needed fixing. I was worried about the cost, but they provided me with a detailed estimate before starting any work, which I greatly appreciated. The whole process was smooth, and they even worked overtime to ensure my car would be ready before the weekend. I will say, though, that the waiting area could use a few more chairs; it was a bit crowded when I arrived. Regardless, I will definitely return for any future car issues. However, the staff made up for it with their outstanding customer service. They offered to keep me updated and provided a shuttle service, which was a lifesaver!
