Overall, my experience here was quite positive! I went in for a routine check-up, and I found the staff to be very welcoming and attentive. The optometrist took her time with the examination, ensuring I understood everything about my eye health. I left feeling reassured and informed. The office was well-maintained, which added to the good vibe of the place. However, I would suggest improving the check-in process, as it felt a bit disorganized at the start. Once I got past that initial hiccup, everything else went smoothly, and I even received my new contacts faster than I had expected! What a fantastic experience! I had my first eye exam in years at this local optometrist, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Lee was attentive and took the time to not only assess my vision but also talk to me about eye health and prevention. I really appreciated the thoroughness of my exam, and the follow-up recommendations were practical and easy to understand. The office itself was well-lit and had a nice selection of frames which I loved browsing through. My only suggestion would be to maybe expand the selection of eyewear a bit more, as I felt limited in styles. Still, I walked out with a great pair of glasses that I’m thrilled about! Honestly, I can’t wait to return for my next appointment. If you’re in the area, this is definitely the place to go for eye care!
