I can't say enough good things about my experience with this orthopedic surgeon! After months of dealing with knee pain, I finally decided to seek help, and I’m so grateful that I chose to come here. Right from the start, the staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. They guided me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and I barely had to wait before I was called in. Dr. Joshua is fantastic! He has such a calm demeanor and took the time to understand my issues before diving into possible solutions. I was particularly impressed with how he explained the anatomy of my knee and the reasons behind my pain. He made everything so clear with diagrams and models, which really helped in alleviating my anxiety about the surgery options. The surgery itself was a success, and the follow-up care has been exceptional. I love that he emphasizes recovery and rehabilitation; he even referred me to a great physical therapist who has been instrumental in my healing process. If there was one tiny thing I could suggest, it would be to perhaps add an online booking system for appointments, as I found it a bit tricky to coordinate over the phone at times. But honestly, that’s such a minor detail in the grand scheme of things! Now, I will say that while the overall atmosphere was excellent, the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but I find that to be fairly common in any medical practice. That said, once I got to see Dr. Joshua, the wait felt worth it. I left the appointment feeling more informed and confident about the treatment plan we discussed. If you’re looking for an orthopedic specialist who genuinely puts patient care first, I highly recommend making an appointment.
