If you're looking for a family practice that really cares about their patients, I can't recommend this place enough! I had my first appointment recently and was absolutely blown away by the level of service. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I felt welcomed right away. My provider listened to all my concerns and provided me with a comprehensive plan that made me feel involved in my healthcare decisions. I especially loved that she offered alternatives for treatment based on my lifestyle, which I think is so important. The facility was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate my visit. The follow-up call I received a few days later really impressed me too; it showed that they go above and beyond to ensure their patients are doing well. My only slight critique would be that I wish they sent reminders for upcoming appointments, as I tend to forget easily. But overall, my experience was fantastic, and I am looking forward to my next visit!
