He was patient, answered all my questions, and worked hard to find me the right fit within my budget. The test drive was the real highlight; I could feel the enthusiasm from Mark, who genuinely wanted me to love the car. The financing options were transparent with no hidden fees, which was a huge relief. I also noticed the showroom was well-organized and easy to navigate. I had a really positive experience at this dealership! The staff genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the right vehicle. My salesperson was attentive and took the time to explain all the features of the car I was interested in. I was particularly impressed with the availability of different models and their accessibility options. The only downside was that the finance department took longer than I anticipated, which made the entire process feel a bit drawn out. However, they were very thorough, so I guess it was worth the wait! Overall, it was a good experience, and I'm thrilled with my new ride!
