I'm grateful for the care I received here after my recent oral surgery. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, which is important when you're about to undergo a procedure. Dr. Steele was very thorough in explaining what to expect, and he took the time to answer all my questions, which I appreciated. The surgery went smoothly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little pain I had afterward. My only suggestion would be to have more reading material in the waiting area; I found myself a bit bored while waiting for my appointment! What an incredible experience! I was referred to this oral surgeon for a wisdom tooth extraction, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From my initial consultation, I was impressed by the thoroughness of Dr. Steele. He took the time to go over the risks and benefits of the procedure, and I appreciated his honesty and transparency. The day of the surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the staff did a wonderful job of calming my jitters. They provided me with a cozy blanket and even offered me some calming music to listen to during the procedure. I was in and out of the operating room before I knew it! Post-surgery, the pain management instructions were clear, which made my recovery smooth. On a constructive note, I had a little trouble reaching the office on the phone for scheduling, but I think it was due to a busy morning. Overall, the care I received was exceptional, and I have already recommended this place to friends who may need oral surgery in the future. Definitely a five-star experience!
