I went in search of a few specific parts for my older model car, and from the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted warmly by the staff. They were incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help. I appreciated that the store was organized, making it easy to navigate through the different sections. I found the exact parts I needed, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering that some of these parts are hard to come by. What impressed me most was how the staff went above and beyond. One of the employees even took the time to explain how to install the part I purchased. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service these days! I also loved the fact that they had a wide variety of parts available, which seems like a rarity in many salvage yards. Everything was neatly displayed, and I could tell that they took pride in keeping the place tidy. If I had to offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding their hours of operation. I found it a bit inconvenient that they are closed on weekends. It would be great if they could open for a few hours on Saturday, as many folks, including myself, tend to have more free time on the weekends to work on our vehicles. Nonetheless, I left feeling satisfied and with everything I needed. I’ll definitely be returning for future projects and would recommend this place to anyone in need of used auto parts!
